How do I log in to my account?
Starting this season, we are shifting away from parent accounts. Until January 1, 2018, you may still access your account information by visiting our registered users log-in page. After you provide your information, we will send you an email with your registry documents and information about your family’s Scout Elves and Elf Pets® for your records.
How can I register my Scout Elf or Elf Pets®?
Visit the North Pole Registry to receive a personalized Adoption Certificate and a special message from Santa Claus certifying that your Scout Elf and Elf Pets® have been added to Santa's official registries.
All requests for donations will be considered by The Elf on the Shelf® based on product availability and the cause being benefitted. For all inquiries about The Elf on the Shelf’s philanthropic efforts, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
I received a product with a defect or missing piece.
Please return or exchange your item from the point of purchase. If you purchased online from Santa's Store, please continue filling out this form and submit it.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship direct to lower 48 states (excludes Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories). We do have retail partners in Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Mexico, UK, Ireland and South Africa who have Scout Elf adoption centers.
